Having given it a wee bit more thought, IMO, nothing would change. When was the last time we licensed a corp that was focused on MAKING chips? Intel?

What I'm saying is that, if ya notice, we've been focusing attention on second tier - not first tier.

And IMO, as stated differently before, the pending Supreme Court decision appears to be directed at stopping "double dipping", or being compensated for the exact same "infringement" more than once (i.e., taking money for when a chip is built, and for the exact, and I mean exact, same chip when it goes into something).
