Not sure of what your 'purpose' is here. I hope it's because

you believe PTSC to be as greatly undervalued as the rest of us.

While I do appreciate your pointing out what the Supremes did with KSR and

Ebay and what the supremes might do with LG and whoever, answer me

this, did the KSR ruling really have all That great of an impact on how

the system ultimately works? The supremes are old and getting more and

more conservative. They ain't going to drastically fix what ain't been broke

for a 100 years. The supremes are all about traditions that have proven

themselves year after year.

Your "negative" posts almost sound like "wishful" thinking. Maybe I'm all wrong
