While I don't disagree that at some point an RS may be the ticket for PTSC, I'd MUCH prefer that RG find an M&A target that is already listed on the NAS, and execute on a deal that is structured in a way that the resultant company has listed shares, that properly value our PTSC shares even if they are converted to new shares or the other company's shares.
