All I can come up with is they started to announce license signing before they actually received funds for them. Was it an attempt to build momentum after the J's signing? Was it planned to cover up(blend) the J's deal ?( both a good deal or a bad deal) Does it have something to do with PTSC changing there revenue recogniton?

I'm still of the belief that there has not been a "financial transaction" yet for several of the signers since Jan. 29th.?? (Maybe even the J's) Simply meaning they signed, but said, we won't be making any payments for 30, 60, 90, or 180 days or what ever the time may be. And TPL/PTSC agreed.

Also, did Turley issue the insider trading restrictions to protect the shareholders? Knowing he was on his way out. And also knowing PTSC wasn't reporting what everyone thought we would be getting in the last Q. Everybody misread this restriction as good news coming.
