I haven't heard of additional inputs from the company to supplement
the response you received on 4/29, which in part stated "..The
Company is avoiding making specific references to which license
transactions are included in a given quarter's results, in part to
comply with confidentiality obligations, as well as to facilitate a
better negotiating position with prospective future licensees

Not asking for specifics just if they effecter our 3rd QTR numbers at all. To me this is info that not only can be given but also should be released.
