Dot 1 - What about the statement that only lump sum agreements have been made so far? I don't think they are playing word games to that extent here. I hate to admit it but I now I believe that we are into convoluted bootstrapping territory to expect running royalties form the Js. I suppose payments could come later and/or in the form of installments after explicit technical reviews of infringing products has been completed. Dunno. JMO
