Ease it dosn't help our situation now to dwell on the past decisions of CEO's who no longer work at PTSC. What's important is Goerner commented on this very issue and said PTSC would not be paying any dividends. The past is the past, where we are is where we are. What choice do we have except to believe or not believe? What good does it do all of us to drag us back through the dividend decision two years ago.
