Ive got $335K invested in this stock right now. I want this thing to turn around as much as the next guy. None of us are happy with the current share price. In my opinion the reverse engineering, license negotiations, USPTO re-validation, the patent reform bill, a law suit in Texas and more recent lawsuits filed that TPL is and has been a little busy trying to keep there end of the bargain to worry about planning some coo under the noses of PTSC to control PTSC and the MMP.

IMO Swartz was in control of many of the decisions PTSC made in the past. Some of these decisions were poor decisions for the long term future of PTSC and us but were in his best interest. His selling into every news event and constant selling period coupled with the low license payments (first mover deals) so far and the obstacles that have been standing in the way of the patents and higher fees, has taken it's toll on the SP. IMO there are reasons for us trading at the levels we are at.

What's imprortant to remember and why I'm still able to keep my sanity in all of this, is that the patents are the reason most of us are here and they are more than likely going to be re-validated soon. Swartz is very close to being out of the picture or at least he will have very little influence over PTSC going forward.

The BOD's as disgusted as some here are with them, have provided a new better qualified experienced CEO, guidlines to achieve, to grow this new company in the future. Swartz is very close to being out of the picture or of very little influence. We are also very close to having the patents re-validated. These things will turn this company around IMO and put the SP back on track and heading in the right direction for a change. And all of this appears to be very close to happening.

Some have waited many years for all of this to transpire and are losing there patience. I can understand all of the frustration I'm living it too. But IMO we are very close to realizing something special and that is why most of us are still here. Because we believe as ugly as this journey has been that there will be a bright future for PTSC and our investment will eventually pay off and ultimately prove to be a good decision.

All the best,

Steve
