Perhaps you should bust out a letter voicing your concerns on this issue to Rick Goerner. That goes for other TPL conspiracy theory posters here that could also forward a letter to RG and bring these concerns of yours to his attention where it could do some good if there is anything crooked going on. Lets not drag this subject though this forum at this time because it will not do our investment any good. We're standing in the dark and smell gasoline you want to borrow a match so you can see but I know for our own good we don't need a lit match standing in a pool of gasoline. Please for your own good as well as mine lets end this TPL conspiracy theory crap here.

IMO the reason TPL is not getting big dollars and the reason for the drop off in licensing can be tied to two issues the USPTO re-examination and a higher license fee. The PTO re-validation will provide TPL with a much larger stick for leverage in licensing negotiations. It will be much easier to make the companies pay with that issue behind us. Dosn't this make the most sence right now for the reason the SP is where it is?

These are things we want to happen;

Item 1) Re-validation of the patents. What's required a USPTO stamp of approval. When we going to get it? Probably within the next 6 months.

Item 2) More money for license fees. What's required? See item 1. When is it going to happen? See item 1.

Item 3) More companies coming forward to license? Whats required, See item 1. When is it going to happen? See item 1.

Item 4) Telling the PTSC story to the world. What's required? See item 1. When is it going to happen? See item 1

Item 5) PTSC merger or aquisition. What's required? See item 1. When is it going to happen? See item 1.

Item 6) Higher SP. Whats required? See item 1. When is it going to happen? See item 1.

Item 6) What should this forum be discussing right now? See item 1.
