Having said that and in the spirit of contributing to this board that has contributed so much in the past, I humbly offer this FWIW:

The price has been kept down so that (entities connected to) the J's could accumulate and recover some of what they will have to pay when USPTO makes their decision in our favour IMHO. How convenient it is to have to wait for the USPTO to re-validate. If you remember, in June 2005 TPL teamed up with PTSC. AMD & Intel signed that same month. There was a small pop then a lull in share price increase for approx. 7 months (which was easy enough to do for a relatively unknown company) before it was announced that HP signed....enough time to quietly accumulate before the price went through the roof.

All IMHO...but it's something this board needs now if you ask me. My hat's off to the Presidents but I don't expect them to make such speculation and rightly so. The mailroom has it's place.

I hope this board gets back to what it's purpose is.
