Also, quite a while ago, there were statements by company reps from "back then" posted here which stated that the MMP patents are not utilized in the ShBoom. The concern at the time was the fact that, though PTSC owned certain rights to the patented technology, they had never successfully used the technology (and how would that fact impact validity).
