Why else would there be a 2nd letter? A second letter to say we are still looking? or to say we are even closer? Doesn't make sense.

Due to restrictions he can't say much if one has gone down. He can't say the name but I would think he can say yes we bought someone and nothing is final yet.

So, sometime between now and Monday the 30th (the last day of the month) we'll find out.

I'll go on a limb and say they bought someone. Wheter it's MCEL or INVC remains to be seen.
