Right.. when i say i now.. i mean short-term. Not at the end of the year... i mentioned that certain conditions would affect this... like the low SP where PTSC may decide that share buyback is the better priority...

But my main point is that M&A is not a distraction.. its something that PTSC needs to complete asap... i think they have had more than enough time to concentrate on this venture...and i hope they are in the FINAL Stages and not the initial stages of a JV or M &A.
