Since we know that Brian actually had contact with the company at one time and, I'm always interested in hearing what he's got to say since he probably has more insight than most of us do. (We don't actually know "how much" contact he had.)

Someone or some entity with "a lot" of money to invest in Patriot will look at all aspects of the company. They will certainly look at who is on the BOD.

Brian was only discussing how a future M&A will effect the SP. His synopsis did not encompass the entire picture including a successful USPTO re-exam.

I'm not thrilled that Brian is so down on the BOD and Patriot management - but I have to think that there is a reason for it. I have a feeling that most of his angst comes from management keeping us (and probably him) in the dark for so long.
