IMO..RG's statement about the divies HAD to be made...not because so much of investors looking for more divies...it was in response to the previus PR's that had mentioned that divies might continue on a bi-annual basis..or so many were led to believe. The stoppage of the divies was needed and just had to be done to conserve cash for M&A and buybacks and it had to be doen publicly. No doubt there were many reasons they started and probably many reasoned that the cash was going to flow in pre-J agreement.

Now that it's stopped it's over with..give it a rest. If people are going to vote no on their proxies for certain BOD members...so be it...beating this drum incessantly isn't going to get them off the board...they will never be voted off.

Many screaming for the heads of the BOD had chances to nominate others and take action before June 1st,,,and they didn't...including myself.

The divies are over with, they shouldn't have been issued in the past, that we may all agree on, but it is water under the bridge. Time to move on with what is in front of us, looking back does no good esp. when you can't change what happened and we all know that the divies are done . We have new BOD members, a new CEO and if you want to get new BOD members you're going to need one tremendous increase in the no votes to make an impression on those you might want to step down...at least as compared to last years vote.
