IMO Pohl failed to utilize revenue to build on his umbrella vision for PTSC. It is questionable his loyalty to Swartz as he continues to be the BOD in one of Swartz's comapanies. He also failed to keep Fish involved in the company somehow very much like TPL kept Moore involved. As we can see now having Moore involved with TPL is very valuable in arguing for the patents to the PTO. How valuable would it be to have Fish helping as well? That's my opinion for what it's worth and my last post on the past failures of the CEO and BOD.
