We had the MMP--and still do. Our patents are valid unless the PTO says otherwise. The J's have been using them. Perhaps the "deal" was that we could use some of their patents for a change. LOL

I want to take a look at what qualcom is doing with both video transfer and DSL--I saw something earlier today about data transfer. It may be very interesting to watch what they are doing for awhile since DS was there for so long. GL, ads
