Glad to see that you saw that too! If I recall correctly Jim Turley spoke of recuring money of something like 10 million a year? He spoke of something like "10's of millions"? So does that mean there is a J3 settlement that is an annuity? It made me wonder. It might be similar to the lottery where you win millions, but after taxes and payouts over 20 years those paying out "basically" pay "zero" ( they get to work the money for interest etc. for 20 years ).
