I don't know if I'd call it alive and well - I'd call it "semi - on hold". Maybe "on hold" is considered "alive and well" - LOL!

I could be wrong but it seems like the USPTO is giving us a rough time.

Patriot's previous CEOs were sitting back waiting for it to rain $$$$$. RG on the otherhand is taking action. IMO, he's hedging and building something in case the MMP flops. If we were guaranteed $.5 billion in revenue from the MMP, we could have kept Jim Turley on and be entertained by his jokes while we waiting for the $$$ to come in.
