I certainly agree with you there, but that's not what the factgs show. The facts show that the Matsushita, JVC, Toshiba and NEC more than likely paid a combined $21M to $23M between them based on a Q3 PDS revenue number of $27.92M . A far cry from what we all expected might come from that litigation, but certainly not "you don't have to give us anything, ever".
