RG is well aware that it can't be done w/o institutional help. And that is the reason for brining in IBIS.

But the question remains. What would these institutional types look for before moving any sizeable investment into PTSC? Obviously the ones IBIS is going after are accustomed to making risk/reward judgements.

I guess it would be nice to know the mindset of those types of institutional investors. If they are fence-sitting, what puts them over the edge? Opty
