I guess it would be nice to know the mindset of those types of institutional investors. If they are fence-sitting, what puts them over the edge? Opty

Most are restricted from buying into a BB stock esp one under $5.00/share. There are some 'private' funds that will invest way before $5.00/share but IMO they're dollars invested would be small in comparison to waht we need.

Sure would like to see more thoughts on this subject. What event, or combination of events, are necessary to achieve a $1.00 minimun pps

We need...1. A good outcome from the PTO with a strong claims with loss of strnght. 2. We need to capitalize on these with good high priced licensees to generate a strong cash flow 3. Most of all we need to get a period of good Q with good EPS...I differ with others that think we wil get an avg. PE of 17-20....with our OS shares we may get a 9-12...thus we need alot more NET earnings than maybe was discussed here earlier....with probably a reduction of the OS through an RS, after decent price increase.

Lastly we need to be more transparent with our deals and future earnings....institutions and funds want to know what is to be expected not a report 2 months after a quarter is over...that's history, they'll bel ooking for good forward projections to jump in...JMHO
