IMO that should read "if patents are validated". While I, along with everyone else, would love to see a quick, affirmative response back from the PTO, but no one can guarantee that.

I think by RG again saying the patent validation process is complex, lengthy process and by his active M&A strategy that he is preparing PTSC for the future. Even if that future does not include validated patents (which I absolutely hope it does), this company is being put on a path for it to succeed.
