Yes, all that money in the hands of the current board. Where do you think it would go? And to sell it at the price you mention is not OK with me. But then I won't have the final say ( not even the "final answer") . Maybe they could just sell it for 50 million today and then we can all stop worrying about the outcome of the USPTO. The current board (or some of them) might go for it if they could get new board seats on TPL (or another holding company TPL might create to manage the MMP). I probably should just delete this before pressing send because the BOD might get some good ideas they haven't thought of before. "Good" meaning good for them. Now if they and/or the shareholders want to make detailed proposal that protects the small shareholders .... no wait ... the proposal to increase the number of shares passed ... and JC ( who fell asleep at a SHM ) is still on the BOD... enough....

As was spoken in the Wizzard of OZ about the ruby slippers:
