Based on your comment about sacrificing "hundreds of billions over the next 5 years", I would be in total agreement with you. However, I haven't expected that kind of windfall, and I doubt TPL or PTSC has. However, IF they do expect that with a revalidated MMP, they should have and should be, IMO, communicating that in some fashion to the market, as it has never been expressed as far as I know, and it would do wonders for the PPS, I believe.
As for control, my post was directed to a scenario AFTER USPTO re-validation, not before that. So the control I was speaking to has to do with the licensing and litigating efforts of Alliacense/TPL and the board make up of PDS (2 to 1 in favor of TPL).
Nonetheless, I'll take your post as a "maybe!". lolol.
