So here's a question: how does a Judge assure that a settled dispute (presumed settled at that moment in time) that is subject to further action based on an unpredictable future event returns to his courtroom?
Because if a party in the MOU/settlement does not adhere to the agreed upon terms then the other party would file with the court/Ward. Assumably a new complaint would then be filed.
And yes i beleive there is nothing else there based on the dismissed basis of the case and words fromt he court and the responses from the company/RG( I believe that is so)...that there is nothing else coming.
But if you want to hold on to your, as you state them..."delusional contingencies"...that's fine...who knows you could well be rewarded for your hopeful thinking.
