I'm far away from being a bright mind when it comes to PTSC, but with the experience of one year ago, where the sp increased to more than $0,90 to fall back to $0,30 after the numbers were released, it is obvious, none is thinking, Asutek paid big for this deal.

Was it a tactical move from Leckrone to clear the road to Texas, so he offered Asutek something, they couldn't resist? I cannot imagine, something "new" happened, which caused Asutek to agree to a settlement, while the others continue to stay on their confrontational course. So my guess is, they got a good deal regaarding the MMP AND Core-Flash patents...

Additionally today's press release was disappointing, because it gave no outlook.

BTW, I wouldn't wonder, if we receive RG's letter AFTER christmas...
