"just like BillW's post moved it...it was US, the everyday readers of this board and current owners that moved it"

Emtnester, you have made my point for me. If 'we/us' moved the sp because of a message posted on a message board, imagine what the sp will do when that same message is formally announced and publicized to the Market through multiple PR firms.

There are readers who are not "The everyday readers", i.e. 'us'. All readers are not current investors and I think we would agree that all current investors don't read this message board. Combined, this target group represents a small percentage of the overall Market (drop in the bucket). I'm not sure of the exact number of investors but the number '16,000' has been mentioned before. Of those 16,000 investors, how many actually read this board. Not many in the whole scheme of things and yet the volume and sp price went crazy wild when billwilke posted. How many of the univested 'Market' read this board and bought that day? Wouldn't that be nice to know.

Granted, I'm sure there were many of 'us', the 'everyday reader' and investor who bought shares when billwilke made his post (I did not) but that doesn't mean that every share purchased that day was 'us' the 'everyday readers/current investors'. If memory serves, there were over 2.5 million shares traded that day as a result of his post (most of which in a 1 hour frenzy) and I firmly believe that day/swing traders are monitoring this stock. The day/swing traders were the reason the sp fell back, imo. The ‘everyday reader/investor who purchased that day in all likelihood did not sell after the discovery of the error. The day/swing traders sold it back down. Heck, that incident alone made be start believing that the MM’s actual monitor the board.

"What we need is ensuing repetitive licenses with substantial dollars".

I agree. I would also venture to say that there are just as many non-investors vs. current investors who read this board that are awaiting positive PTO news. Positive PTO news will once again give TPL/PTSC the upper hand in license negotiations. Potential infringers will be brought back to the table for more serious discussions, hence, the empty pipeline of licensees we're experiencing will begin to fill equating to 'repetative licensees'.

All good points you make, enjoy your postings.

Regards,
PxP
