Put it this way, would you be more likely to buy shares in a company A or B:

Company	A	B

Share Price	$0.49	$7.35

Earnings Per Share	$0.02	$0.37

Outstanding Shares	410.0M	27.3M

Institutional Ownership	0%	15%

Exchange Traded on	OTC	Nasdaq

I think most INVESTORS would be more likely to buy Company B. In actuality they are the same company with the exception of the exchange and the institutional ownership.
