I never said there was anything wrong with a R/S. I stated that simply doing one doesn't get you on the NASDAQ nor does it mean institutional investorship is certain.

There is one thing that will work, without question regardless of the share price and exchange. Solid, predictable, transparent revenue. Be it from the MMP or a cadre of businesses. Everything else, R/S, NASDAQ, etc. is just putting the cart before the horse.
