I believe it is the same here in the US...a requestor for a reexam need not make his name public...my concern is not WHO...my concern is why it wasn't made public that a court case even existed...esp in the LITIGATION section of the Q and K ...unless this court case commenced after the ending quarter period of 11/30/08.
