it says that the patent owner has 1 month from the date of the interview to provide the mandatory statement of the substance of the interview.

Not sure if that answers your question. Perhaps emt or opty could chime in on that one. How long for the examiner's reconsideration?....can't be very long after that. It seems to me they've looked under every rock there is to find. BWDIK
