Patent lifeline is confusing as all &^%$#....but if they made us refile the portfolio into separate patents and ours has a 1998 date we should be good for 20 yrs from filing or 17 from issuance whichever is longer IMO. But like i said I get so confused with these patent office changes that it gets to be a jigsaw puzzle.
