I think we need to wait and read the German court decision to see exactly where we are at. Altough KSR has no bearing on the German courts, how will a rejection in the home country court play into events? With KSR as a beacon a lot of U.S.patents are going to be in jeopardy and what effects it will have on the international community is anyones guess. These are sad days for the innovative process. When we don't reward ingenuity we generally get what we pay for....a punch of dimwit losers trying to refine the supposedly obvious with little success.
