Dear XXXXXXXXX:

Regarding the timing of the GSA press release: Even after the award, there were still many insiders who had yet to load up on stock around the nice cents mark so that they could dump it for fifteen cents when you ninnies would jump on even the most meaningless pieces of news and lift the stock high enough for us to earn a fifty percent three day gain Those were our priority and focus, and once those were addressed and approved , we then issued the public announcement.
