I appreciate both of your points of view..at this point I think anything is a possibility at this point - given the strange cast of characters, lack of information, and reliance on a third party(ies) for our life blood (i.e. PDS, USPTO, the various government agencies, HP and other Crossflo partners, various hospitals throughout the county, cut throat competition, "benifitial investors" etc.)..all of which can be subject to manipulation, bad actors, or otherwise greedy players looking out for their own benefit and the heck with anyone else..)

Paranoia? Perhaps..but out of the realm of possibility for the paranoia to be justified?..heck no..IMHO
