Yes, I do have a plan to get back in. When discretionary funding becomes available (hopefully sometime soon), I will be looking at the circumstances at that time - particularly re: the patents. But of course I'd like to get in at the lowest possible PPS -depending again on the circumstances. Since I'm definately not in a position to buy now, or even in the next month or two or three, that statement was not intended to be any kind of prompt, suggestion, influence or anything of the kind.
I was just saying that I suspect others share my mindset based on present circumstances, when compared to when we were trading at 8 cents. Are they really better or worse (as far as we KNOW)? Thus, the criticism of agora members for looking for a lower PPS for a buy is not truly justified (and never really is - everyone wants the best bargain), and by no means "sad". Certainly no sadder than holding shares and at the same time "demanding" the dismantling of the company, possibly throwing it into complete disarray from the "not watching too close" folks point of view (as I'm pretty sure the investment world would not look kindly on THAT).
But, perhaps better answering your question, if I were in a position to buy right now, looking at present circumstances, I'd be "interested" at the current PPS. But more clarity re: the patents' status would be helpful.
