It appears that we pulled the 584 from the case with ACER while adding the 890 and 148.

So, it is your contention that we are no longer asserting the 584 against ACER out of weakness? You need to read/reread my first post on this. Why pull the 584? Even if it is weaker (which I do not believe is the case)? We pulled it in order to signal everyone that the recertified patent has no teeth? Why do it? I'm assuming it was done out of strength, not weakness. Hence my thoughts regarding ARM.
