With the search on for a dynamic individual who has years of experience and contacts in many disparate fields to propel PTSC forward, in the capacity of CEO, won't the remuneration package have to reflect that person's abilities and be at a premium to those companies of a similar market cap? Would Palmisano, for example, be tempted by a $250,000 plus options package when he can command $20m at IBM?

My point being that an average remuneration package will only tempt an average CEO, and either sights have to be lowered or the package increased.
