I agree that the above is a Quandry. Which I why I stated that asking Baroni to help with the search is a smart thing. It won't be an easy task.

I believe most CEO's are average when compared to one another. Some being in the right place at the right time are way overpaid. And all are only as good as the sum of the people they command. But that is another topic, for another day.
