Wow! How in the world could I have possibly forgotten the Triumvirate Presidency voted into place by our BOD in 2001. Donald Bernier was selected as the Chairman of the Board and CEO while Lowell Giffhorn, Miklos Korodi, and Serge Miller were each appointed to be President. Now, if I could just locate the PR on the Pig Caliber. ;^)

In August 2001, the Board of Directors appointed Donald Bernier as Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer and appointed Mr. Giffhorn, Mr. Korodi and Mr. Miller to serve jointly as the President.

Therefore, please allow me to rewrite my memory by putting the above back in place:

I too hate negativity. I truly wish that there would not be a need to raise critical points but the facts are the facts and no one can rewrite history.

That pretty much somes up my 11+ years of experience here. "So-called longs" please add anything I may have left out.

"I suggest that those so-called longs are in fact not long. I suggest that they're either manipulating traders or even worse they're plotting to profit off the exsisting longs by unethically trying to bring fallacious litigation against the company without any factual evidence what-so-ever.

I think agoracom has every right to ban these people. At the very least it's unadulterated redundant bashing and against agoracom's TOS.

I completely agree! This has to stop. So, Dephalt and all of the other 22 Agoracom members who have recommended your post as of the time of my response, should we just sit back and allow the same members of the BOD who have both witnessed and are wholly responsible for the results of the timeline above to continue or do we do whatever we can to force a change?

I have to think that those 23 did not live through the past 11+ years as many of us "so-called longs" have. If they had and agree with your post, I would simply advise to look out for that swamp land proposal.
