Two suggestions:

1) Read Tucci's post. People like to conveniently forgot the past, which always affects the future.

2) When was the last time you were handed the simple task of.........oh... I don't know, building a company from the ground up in approximately 19 months? I certainly can't profess to having ever been handed such a large responsibility. Can You? If so, can you tell us what your revenues were when you started and what they were when you finished? Also, what was the timeframe?
