It's not that amazing. It's classic cognitive dissonance. They backed RG without question but once he's gone, they say he was unqualified and this is a positive new direction. It's the same with every piece of news
Until the revelations about incomplete DD on the Crossflo purchase, Goerner was the right person, based on his stated experience. Any "cognitive dissonance" would have ensured that he, and others associated with the deal, remained in employment.
If MMP Portfolio licensing fees don't go to PTSC, per the agreement, pray tell where you suggest it may go, the ether perhaps?
if the MMP doesn't bring in new license money that actually goes to PTSC
