My apologies for posting that Ronran sold a "big portion" of his shares. I read DDiligen's post and took it at face value. He was in error in his characterization and I should not have perpetuated it. I did not do it intentionally. It's funny how all of the other mischaracterizations that have been perpetuated by many here go unresolved and the people perpetuating them unapologetic, but I digress. Ron was apparently a seller of a minority portion of his shares. I'll let others decide if selling IN ANY QUANTITIES and then taking somewhat of a legal "lead" in railing on management for years on end about share price performance despite having sold shares is hypocritical or not.

My point is still valid - selling leads to a lower share price and those who sell and then complain endlessly about a lower share price are absurdly hypocritical! That's the joke here Kidd. You just went on my list of people that aren't getting it. The BOD armchair quarterbacking here is ridiculous. They seem to have appointed themselves the real BOD here and have this nauseating sense of entitlement that they are being screwed out of what's coming to them. I have come to the belief that this core base of shareholder IS holding the share price back and is hopelessly dysfunctional. Don't you find it curious that 2 lawyers are positioning themselves at the crossroads of eventual legal action. Is this not a sort of insurance for them and not the rest of us in the event of a class action suit?
