Why, because I simply pointed out the inaccuracy of your post? LOL Hey, put me on your list..LOL If ya read my posts you should know by now that I really don't put a lot of thought into what folks think about me. FWIW.. I still like ya though.

As far as the suit goes...have you been contacted by one attorney let alone two attorneys from this board regarding a lawsuit? I haven't. Have you seen a proposal that explains the grievance, proposed costs, risks, etc? I haven't. So why get so worked up about it until you know what it is all about? All the back and forth makes it bigger than it currently is and gives it more life than it probably has IMO.
