All this talk of the PTSC BoD saying something about a wave. Please check your references - it was Alliacense that used the word "wave" in their 10/5/09 PR. I haven't found where anything recent from PTSC used that word - but maybe I missed it, and if they did, they were probably just parroting what Alliacense stated.

Sorry if this has already been pointed out.....
