09-30-2009 “notice of reexamination requesting filling date”

One department of the USPTO has requested the reexamination from the other department.

The date 8-24-09 is the date that the requestor has met all the requirement for reexamination. Now it is ready for reexamination. This date denotes the three month window to complete the reexamination.

The third page of that same document:

Corrected request for ex parte reexamination under 35 U.S.C 302 & C.F.R. 1.510

On April 24 2009 requestor filed a request
