As previously reported on Agoracom:

1. Mr. Baroni said that he expected to have his evaluation completed by the end of this calendar year.

2. Investor Relations sent me this e-mail on Dec. 28

The Company has provided information regarding the activities of the Eclat consulting team which have included the incorporation of their recommendation for recent management changes and the restructuring of the PDSG entity.
