Nice post Brian. I get the feeling that you believe the massive selling on good news isn't just Swartz dumping all his shares? I know that Swartz clearly dumped a lot of shares and quite possibly on good news - but I've also had the feeling that the selling on positive news isn't just Swartz. I believe the BOD knows exactly what is going on (even thought they've stated otherwise). I believe the BOD should disclose exactly what they know about this massive selling that alway occurs when positive new is announced.
