Agreed. That would not be a conclusion. But it certainly does get one to thinking about the possibility. If TPL does not have the funds to repay PTSC, it may not have paid the people at Alliacense either. I would think that would potentially be a breach of the MA. In which case, the licensing would have come to a hault. And in which case the productive licensing needs to be restarted somehow. Per the 10Q.

Isn't licensing TPL's responsibility? They didn't say TPL is working to resolve......The company = PTSC. Why would PTSC be working to resolve and not TPL?
